134: Reflecting on 2020 [Part 2]
Self-reflection is such a necessary part of living life intentionally. For many of us, it’s easy to focus on what’s next, set those new year’s resolutions/intentions and just move on, rather than reflecting on what we’re proud of, what worked and what didn’t work. So today on the podcast, we’re taking a moment to review the year and reflect on it and we hope it inspires you to do the same.
We talked about:
Gardening
Making restaurant quality meals at home
Favorite purchase of 2020
Finding clarity
Looking forward to the next year
Questions we answered:
What simple pleasures have you enjoyed?
What was your favorite purchase of the year & why?
Who do you need to thank for their role in your life this year?
Which moments would I like to remember?
How would I like to remember 2020?
How would I like to feel at this time next year?
